- Select and Purchase Equipment and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain our facilities.
- Plan and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect assigned areas to ensure compliance with our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate our housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure Safety Standards: Ensure that all safety protocols and departmental policies are met to protect our guests and staff.
- Supervise Maintenance and Repair Services: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities to ensure they remain in excellent condition.
- Conduct Performance Evaluations: Regularly evaluate the performance of our housekeeping team to identify areas for improvement.

- Coordinate Services: Coordinate dry cleaning and valet services to ensure our guests receive exceptional service.
