Overview

PepsiCo is a leading beverage company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Co-op Program. As a Sales Co-op, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing, working closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Co-op, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing relationships with our Field Sales network and receiving best-in-class coaching and training.
  • Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Selling and servicing our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
  • Executing advertising displays and merchandising our iconic brands.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid, full driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement and a strong work ethic.
