Overview

PepsiCo is a leading beverage company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Co-op Program. As a Sales Co-op, you will be immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Co-op, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing relationships with our Field Sales network and receiving best-in-class coaching and career development opportunities.
  • Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Selling and servicing our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
  • Executing advertising displays and merchandising our iconic brands.

You will also work closely with our Sales leaders to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers. This may include:

  • POS optimization
  • Innovation Launch and Sustainment
  • Customer Development Agreement optimization
  • Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to work full-time from September to December 2024
  • A Business Degree or equivalent
  • A valid, full driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • High academic achievement and the ability to pursue other interests simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
