Overview

PepsiCo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Co-op Program. As a Sales Co-op, you will be immersed in our sales operations and learn the business from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Co-op, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing relationships across our Field Sales network and receiving best-in-class coaching and career connects with Leadership.
  • Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • Selling and servicing our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
  • Flexing both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.

As you progress through your term, you will work closely with our Sales leaders and be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be available to work full-time from September to December 2024.
  • To be in your third year of study, with a Business Degree preferred.
  • To have a valid, full driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • To have high academic achievement and demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  • To be a skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • To have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
  • To be a self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities, and manage work schedule.
