About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at RSG Management Services Ltd. as a General Construction Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to achieve project goals.
  • Resource Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills to complete tasks.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
