Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Redden's Camp Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Chef Supervision: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and served in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and ensure that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
