  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of cooks, kitchen assistants, and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared and served meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: Anglais.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced environment with overtime required. Standing for extended periods is also a requirement of this role.
