Senior Systems Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Support Analyst to provide exceptional support and expertise in a dynamic environment. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with support and procurement teams, advocating for the needs of the operational environment.
  • Facilitate training sessions for employees on the Service Now request system and other essential platforms.
  • Diagnose and escalate technical issues and service requests effectively.
  • Oversee account requests and configurations, coordinating with remote teams for active directory support.
  • Assist in the installation and troubleshooting of standard end-user computing devices.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and contractors.
  • Configure mobile devices for corporate and personal use within the organization.
  • Provide innovative recommendations and solutions beyond standard service offerings.
  • Monitor and manage all escalations and service desk tickets submitted on behalf of users.
  • Deliver support for corporate applications, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
  • Assist with issues related to Smart Cards.
  • Train users on collaboration tools such as MS Teams and video conferencing equipment.
  • Guide line managers and project administrators in their roles during onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Support users in utilizing printing tools effectively.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to implement infrastructure changes, including network upgrades.
  • Step in to complete requests as needed, including data transfers and equipment setup.
  • Manage any PC modifications requiring local administrator rights.
  • Ensure the functionality of conference rooms and collaboration spaces.
  • Adapt work schedules to accommodate user-impacting changes outside of regular hours.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with end users and communicate effectively.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Experience with remote support tools is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of IT Asset Management practices.
  • Familiarity with capital projects and construction environments is a plus.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering.
  • Understanding of networking support and configuration.
  • Awareness of IT Security and Information Security principles.
  • Commitment to safety and HSSE standards.
