Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide training and support to employees on various systems, including Service Now, Concur, and The Hub.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage account requests and configurations while working with remote teams to support Active Directory.
  • Assist with installation and troubleshooting of standard end-user computing equipment.
  • Support on- and off-boarding processes for staff and contractors.
  • Set up mobile phones for corporate and personal use within the organization.
  • Develop recommendations and solutions to address client needs.
  • Track and manage escalations and service desk tickets submitted on behalf of users.
  • Provide support for corporate software, including Microsoft365, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
  • Support and facilitate issues with Smart Cards.
  • Train users on collaboration tools, including MS Teams, Logitech video conferencing equipment, and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to enact infrastructure changes, including network upgrades and VPN software management.
  • Step in to complete IMAC and JML requests as needed.
  • Maintain conference rooms and collaboration spaces assigned to the environment.
Requirements:
  • Client-facing role with excellent communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting expertise in Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Suite, Network Connectivity, and SaaS.
  • Remote support experience through tools like Windows Remote Assistance.
  • IT Asset Management skills.
  • Experience with capital projects or construction sites.
  • Stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
  • Networking and IT Security knowledge.
  • HSSE focus with a priority on safety.
