Key Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant:

  • Tenant Advocate: Build strong connections with residents and excel in resolving issues to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Leasing Expert: Navigate the leasing process from initial inquiries to the onboarding of new residents. Keep an accurate record of available units and proactively work towards achieving leasing targets.
  • Operational Specialist: Handle rent collection, conduct property inspections, and assist with tenant transitions and maintenance requests.

Qualifications for Success:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or office administration.
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Proven ability to address tenant concerns and meet performance objectives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with effective negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
