SALES CONSULTANT JOB AT SAINT-HYACINTHE FOR VOLKSWAGEN ST-HYACINTHE

As a Sales Consultant at Volkswagen St-Hyacinthe, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Deliver and explain vehicles sold to customers, ensuring a seamless sales experience
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Follow up with potential clients and web requests to convert leads into sales
  • Renew leases and sell new vehicles to customers
  • Present products and services to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of Volkswagen vehicles
  • Engage in telephone and email solicitation to attract new customers and promote sales

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Sales Consultant
  • Valid Passenger Car Driver's License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word and Merlin (Sales) software
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Dynamic and team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills
