Key Responsibilities

The Admissions Manager at Trinity Western University plays a vital role in the dynamic process of recruiting, counselling, and enrolling students. As a key member of the Admissions team, the Admissions Manager is responsible for training and supervising the Junior Admissions team, ensuring goals are met, and guiding Admissions staff to provide accurate information and top-notch service to prospective students. This role is essential in leading the Admissions team towards the University's enrollment objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned recruitment portfolio to enroll students.
  • Support the Admissions Manager in achieving recruitment goals.
  • Travel to various events to promote the university.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, churches, and organizations to increase student enrollment.
  • Provide personal counselling to prospective students and guide them through the admissions process.
  • Coordinate day-to-day department initiatives and admissions events.
  • Participate in team training and contribute to the annual enrollment plan.
  • Foster partnership building with campus departments and other stakeholders.
  • Engage in personal development activities to enhance admissions profession knowledge.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the ability to represent Trinity Western University effectively to prospective students and parents. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and the capability to lead and influence team members are also essential.
