Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrolment Advisor to join our team at Trinity Western University. As an Enrolment Advisor, you will play a critical role in achieving our enrolment goals by actively recruiting, advising, and encouraging students to complete their applications and enroll into the university.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Individual Enrolment Goals: Achieve individually assigned enrolment goals by communicating promptly with all assigned students and families.
  • Provide Consistent Follow-up: Provide consistent, well-documented follow-up to all app-submitted-thru-enrolled students and families to help them onboard with the university.
  • Manage the Application Process: Provide oversight to the application process, maintaining admissions policy and overall university mission.
  • Develop Relationships: Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with deep well schools, churches, and relevant organizations to expand the university's footprint in assigned regions.
  • Assist with Campus Visits: Assist with campus visits, including organized group visits, individual appointments, and campus tours.
  • Manage Events and Projects: Manage to completion assigned events and projects, communicating effectively and collegially to achieve objectives.
  • Display Leadership: Display leadership in the promotion of the university to the wider community and constituencies of their recruitment region.
Requirements
  • Education: BA required. MA preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in an Admissions or sales environment preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Superior interpersonal skills, flexibility in personal schedule, skill in time management, proactive goal setter, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
