About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. as a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business operations.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure our team has the necessary resources.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met.
