Beverages Sales Co-op Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join PepsiCo's Sales Co-op Program as a Sales Co-op. As a Sales Co-op, you will be fully immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills.
Ground UpYou will learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing relationships across our Field Sales network, receiving best-in-class coaching, and engaging in career connects with Leadership.
- Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
- Selling and servicing our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
- Flexing both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.
As you progress through your term, you will work closely with our Sales leaders and will be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers. Key aspects of this assignment can include:
- POS optimization.
- Innovation Launch & Sustainment.
- Customer Development Agreement optimization.
- Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.
Based on your success during your co-op term, you will have the opportunity to apply and interview for our Sales Leadership Program. This means you could enter your final year of study with an offer in hand to launch your career with PepsiCo post-graduation.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must:
- Be available to work full-time from September to December 2024.
- Be in your third year of study, with a Business Degree preferred.
- Have a valid, full driver's license, with a clean driving record, and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
- Have high academic achievement, along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
- Be a skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
- Have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
- Be a self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities, and manage work schedule.
