About the Role

This Sales Co-op Program is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the beverage sales industry. As a Sales Co-op, you will be immersed in our sales operations and learn the business from two unique perspectives.

Responsibilities

**Ground Up**

  • Develop and sustain a growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) business by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers.
  • Gain critical sales experiences, including:
    • Developing relationships across our Field Sales network, receiving best-in-class coaching, and engaging in career connects with Leadership.
    • Leveraging sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
    • Selling and servicing our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
    • Flexing both entrepreneurial and physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.

**Building Critical Business Skills**

  • Work closely with our Sales leaders to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers.
  • Utilize strong analytical and communication skills to:
    • Optimize Point of Sale (POS) performance.
    • Launch and sustain innovative products.
    • Optimize Customer Development Agreements.
    • Participate in other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be available to work full-time from September to December 2024.
  • Be in your third year of study, with a Business Degree preferred.
  • Hold a valid, full driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • Have high academic achievement and demonstrated ability to pursue other interests simultaneously.
  • Be a skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities, and manage work schedules.
