Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2659988 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food service delivery to our customers.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to health and safety standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as ongoing coaching and development to enhance their skills and performance.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet our high-quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks

Prepare and submit accurate reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, as well as maintain records of work schedules and other relevant data.
