Cafeteria Manager

AUM Company Limited is seeking a skilled Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and a clean dining environment.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as culinary techniques and menu preparation.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, maintaining accurate records and providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train and develop skills on the job.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
