Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on cafeteria operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and be able to provide guidance on menu planning and preparation.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Organized: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
