Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, organized.
