Cafeteria Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at AUM Company Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, organized.

- Support for Indigenous People: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Support for Mature Workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.

Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week
