Cafeteria Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cafeteria Supervisor to join our team at AUM Company Limited. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafeteria, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
