Job Title: Inside Sales Account Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Representative to join our team at JobCart Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand client relationships
- Conduct research to understand client business models and identify sales opportunities
- Provide clients with personalized solutions to meet their business objectives
- Proactively outreach to clients to assess product performance and provide insights to optimize their advertising campaigns
- Exceed quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling and sales efforts
- Develop expert knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions and identify trends to solve problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ad products and customer experience
Requirements:
- At least 1-year sales experience primarily in outbound sales
- 3 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience IF a graduate of Sales/Marketing Related Courses
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
- Quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion
- Interest in expanding industry/vertical knowledge through training and certifications
- Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes
Professional Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding of advertising
- Excellent at building relationships and multi-touch cross/upselling throughout a relationship
- Experience working with customers from North America
- Excellent listening, and interpersonal, with a solutions mindset and passion for customer satisfaction
- Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills
- Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence solutions mindset and helping nature
- Proficiency in computer skills

Compensation:
$20.43 per hour plus $900 bonus. $400 after the first 4 weeks of employment and $500 after another 8 weeks of employment.
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract Length: 12 months
Expected Hours: 40 per week
