Job Description:

JobCart Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of success in outbound sales.
  • 3 years of overall work experience or 2 years of work experience with a degree in Sales or Marketing.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior inside sales experience with a focus on both outbound and inbound calling.
  • Quota-based sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications.
  • Commitment to in-depth sales training and processes.

Professional Skills:

  • Knowledge and understanding of business operations and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solutions mindset.
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new technology platforms.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.43 plus a $900 bonus.
