Job Summary:

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will be educating and offering financial products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Educating customers: Share the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
  • Driving sales: Increase sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product.
  • Providing exceptional customer service: Ensure customers have a great experience and build positive relationships with store personnel.
  • Engaging customers: Find creative approaches to share the benefits of the product and build trust with customers.
  • Maintaining confidentiality: Work with customer information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and personable: Enjoy interacting with people and have strong communication skills.
  • Customer service or sales experience: An asset, but not required.
  • Comfortable delivering key messages: Share information with customers and build trust.
  • Strong listening skills: Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Work well independently and within a team: Collaborate with store personnel and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Comfortable completing a criminal background check: Ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license: An asset, but not required.
