Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and reactive engagement
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and market intelligence to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales role
  • 3 years of overall work experience, or 2 years of experience if a graduate of sales/marketing-related courses
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling
  • Quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $20.43
  • $900 bonus, paid in two installments: $400 after 4 weeks and $500 after 8 weeks

Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contract

Contract Length: 12 months

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday
