The Final Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in the functional assessment of boiler units and associated assemblies, adhering to established protocols while consistently promoting safety standards.

Shift Details:

2nd Shift (Afternoons Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 2 am)

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and analyze dimensional and electrical schematics to identify and rectify operational issues.

- Possess a solid understanding of mechanical functions and be capable of diagnosing and resolving issues related to piping, burner mechanisms, and other mechanical parts.

- Comprehend process documentation, recognize discrepancies, and complete all required unit reporting.

- May need to operate an overhead crane as part of the duties.

- Utilize specialized testing instruments, including high potential testers, fuel gas analyzers, and vibration measurement devices.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting dimensional and electrical schematics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously
  • Understanding and adherence to all test pit Standard Operating Procedures
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • Keen attention to quality

Work Environment and Safety Considerations:

Typical conditions found in plants, workshops, fields, or office settings. Occasionally, there may be slightly uncomfortable features, but exposure to hazards is minimal or non-existent.
