Final Quality Assurance Tester

The Final Quality Assurance Tester plays a crucial role in the functional evaluation of boiler units and associated assemblies, adhering to established protocols while consistently promoting a culture of safety.
Shift - Weekend Only Shift (Fri-Sun 7am - 7pm) (Note: initial training will occur during day shifts for the first 8 to 12 months)
Responsibilities:
Interpret and analyze dimensional and electrical schematics to diagnose and rectify operational issues.
Possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to piping, burner functions, and other mechanical elements.
Capable of comprehending process documentation, identifying discrepancies, and completing all requisite unit reports.
May need to operate an overhead crane as part of the testing process.
Required to utilize specialized testing instruments such as high potential testers, fuel gas analyzers, and vibration measurement devices.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in reading and interpreting dimensional and electrical schematics Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Capacity to work autonomously Ability to understand and adhere to all test pit Standard Operating Procedures Electrical and mechanical proficiency Keen attention to detail and quality assuranceWorking Environment and Safety Considerations:
Typical conditions include plant, workshop, field, or office environments. Occasionally, there may be slightly unpleasant features, but exposure is minimal or non-existent.
