As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and inspections to guarantee that our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional testing of boiler units and related assemblies to identify and troubleshoot operating deficiencies.
  • Read and understand dimensional and electrical drawings to identify and correct operating issues.
  • Utilize mechanical operations knowledge to troubleshoot and correct deficiencies in piping, burner operations, and other mechanical components.
  • Understand process sheets, identify exceptions, and complete all necessary unit reports.
  • Operate an overhead crane as required.
  • Utilize specific testing equipment, such as high pot testers, fuel gas analyzers, and vibration meters.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and understand dimensional and electrical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to understand and follow all test pit Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent eye for quality.

Working Conditions and Hazards:

Normal plant, shop, field, or office conditions. From time to time, slightly disagreeable features. Negligible or no exposure.
