About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at BioAro Inc. as a General Manager. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in business operations, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Lead and manage a team of senior staff to achieve organizational objectives
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources, including financial, human, and material resources
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
    • Formulate and approve policies and programs to drive business growth
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business operations or management position
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
Work Environment
