Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Business Leader to join our team as the Executive Director, Broker Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Broker Network, a critical component of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Growth Plan: Lead the development of a comprehensive growth strategy for the Broker Network, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on financial performance.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing branch partners, supporting their growth initiatives and developing new business relationships with prospective partners.
  • Oversee Business Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Broker Network, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with fellow leaders and stakeholders across Acera Insurance to develop and execute strategies that support and grow the Broker Network.

Requirements

  • 10+ Years of Progressive Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in leading, growing, and managing all aspects of a business, including people management and team leadership.
  • Business Development and Partnership Building: Proven track record of developing and consummating new business relationships with prospective partners, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis: Strong planning and financial analysis skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Business Acumen and Industry Knowledge: Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of the insurance and risk management industry.
