Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify and pursue high-value opportunities in Systems Integration.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales, bid, and tender activity in key markets.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, dependable, and cost-effective services to clients.
- Foster and enhance customer relationships through open, honest, and effective communication.
- Lead the pursuit of high-value opportunities and ensure the business is focused on winning.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technical sales roles in automation and systems integration, with a strong background in Oil and Gas, Energy Transition, and Refining and Chemicals.
- Demonstrable client account growth success and proven client relationships in key sectors.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen to deliver value to customers through Wood's portfolio.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with peers and leaders.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
