Restaurant Operations Manager

Field & Social Restaurants Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Transportation/Travel: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
