Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
  • Operational Planning: Organize and plan daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage staff work schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain and organize inventory to ensure availability of supplies.
  • Financial Oversight: Balance cash and prepare financial reports, including cash sheets and related documentation.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the establishment.
  • Marketing Participation: Engage in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervision

Qualifications
