About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Consultant to join our team at Indus Travels Inc. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective lead conversion and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and provide personalized tour recommendations.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns regarding tour prices, availability, and itineraries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in our CRM system, and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Support the Sales support person in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Flights departments to ensure seamless execution of Group and FIT bookings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry and tour operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
