Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our retail sales team to achieve sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a high level of store appearance and operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Retail Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer interaction.
