Key Responsibilities
  1. Organize and manage special culinary events
  2. Assess food portion sizes and associated costs
  3. Order food and kitchen supplies as needed
  4. Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
  5. Ensure dishes are safe for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  6. Prepare specialized meals for patients as directed by a dietitian or head chef
  7. Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas
  8. Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and safety practices
  9. Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
  10. Oversee kitchen staff and assistants
  11. Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  12. Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
  13. Oversee overall kitchen operations
Culinary Expertise
  1. Expertise in sushi preparation techniques
  2. Specialization in Japanese cuisine
Transportation and Travel Requirements
  1. Must have own transportation
  2. Possession of a valid driver's license
