Key Responsibilities

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, your main tasks will include:

  • Developing strategies to meet work schedules.
  • Overseeing and coordinating the activities of food preparation staff.
  • Training team members on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Estimating and procuring necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensuring quality control in food service.
  • Preparing financial budgets and cost assessments.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Compiling and submitting reports as required.
  • Preparing food order summaries for the culinary team.
  • Supervising the assembly of food trays and delivery processes.
  • Creating work schedules for staff.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising food and beverage servers, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
