Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Punch Tools Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week
- Fluency in English
