Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen helpers, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
