Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that our food is prepared and served in a clean and safe environment.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Manage our cash handling and inventory procedures, ensuring that we are operating within our budget.
- Team Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
As a Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of up to 10 people. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and walk frequently.
Personal Suitability- Client Focus: You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: You will work closely with our team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Excellent Oral Communication: You will be required to communicate effectively with our customers, team members, and management.
- Flexibility: You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team Player: You will work as part of a team, supporting and collaborating with your colleagues to achieve our goals.
