Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Train and develop our team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Make decisions regarding staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Ensure that our food meets the highest quality standards and that our kitchen is clean and safe.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management
- Manage our restaurant's finances, including cash handling, inventory management, and labor costs.
- Make decisions regarding pricing, promotions, and menu offerings.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
