Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is properly managed.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
- Operations and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Work Setting
- Restaurant environment with fast-paced and dynamic conditions.
- Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and bend, crouch, or kneel as needed.
- Personal Suitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
