Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Equipment Technician to join our team at D & N Metals Co. Ltd.. The ideal candidate will possess a trades certificate or diploma and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting: Inspect and diagnose equipment to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Diagnosis: Utilize computerized and other testing equipment to assess the extent of repairs needed.
  • Inventory Management: Order necessary parts and maintain an organized inventory.
  • Repairs: Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective components as required.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
  • Testing: Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Maintenance: Perform cleaning, lubrication, and other routine maintenance tasks.
  • Service: Service attachments and working tools to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Emission Control: Verify and repair emission control systems as necessary.
  • Routine Maintenance: Conduct other routine maintenance tasks as assigned.
