Office Coordinator – Lift Operations and Maintenance

Role Overview:

The Office Coordinator for Lift Operations and Maintenance plays a crucial role in supporting the Lift Departments, which include Lift Maintenance and Operations as well as Gondola Maintenance and Operations. This position is primarily administrative and focuses on enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that our facilities and equipment are safe, reliable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently monitor and ensure that all administrative tasks within the Lift department are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Contribute to outstanding guest service by supporting departmental functions.
  • Assist in the creation, procurement, implementation, tracking, follow-up, and review of departmental operations.
  • Communicate effectively and support all company initiatives and policies through participation in training sessions and meetings.
  • Oversee and complete departmental documentation with precision.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Support employee documentation processes.
  • Assist in the data input and reporting for the Preventative Maintenance program.
  • Help establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Compile and report daily, monthly, and yearly statistical data using various databases.
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date inventories.
  • Assist in developing and implementing safety and guest experience initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Professional demeanor with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong initiative and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Dependable, punctual, and organized.
  • Competent in general office and administrative tasks.
  • Capable of providing training and support to colleagues.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Maintain professionalism while in uniform, both on and off duty.

Additional Considerations:

  • Employees must demonstrate sound judgment and report to work fit for duty.
  • This role involves both indoor and outdoor responsibilities in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to ski or snowboard is advantageous, with specific requirements for work-related skiing or snowboarding.
