Our comprehensive services encompass pruning, fertilization, pest and disease management, cabling and bracing, and tree removal, all aimed at maintaining the health and beauty of trees. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and authorize capital expenditures.
- Manage safety recalls by tracking and overseeing repairs.
- Assist with fleet vehicle management as required.
- Act as a liaison between field operations and vendors to address daily equipment challenges, including:
- Troubleshooting issues.
- Ordering parts.
- Coordinating service needs.
- Process and approve equipment disposals, collaborating with auction houses as necessary.
- Review all invoices from Altec with the Director and, upon approval, forward them to local offices for processing.
- Conduct annual fleet inspections, including:
- Aerial lift assessments across the organization.
- Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections.
- Establish and monitor inspection programs.
- Manage equipment disposals by:
- Processing disposal requests.
- Overseeing the Equipment Portal for internal transfers.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop, organize, and implement fleet management software, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed and compliance and safety updates are communicated to local offices and divisions.
- Analyze data related to fleet performance, enabling informed reporting to the fleet Director and assisting in decision-making regarding fleet health and replacement cycles.
- Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as required.
