Your Role:

As a Lift Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our lift systems. You will assist Lift Mechanics in their inspection and repair tasks, focusing on safety and efficiency while providing excellent service to our guests. Reporting to the Lift Maintenance Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with various departments to maintain high operational standards.

This Position Might Be Ideal for You If You:

  • Enjoy supporting maintenance tasks while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, including operating lifts, conducting inspections, and maintaining equipment.
  • Are detail-oriented and capable of completing necessary documentation such as daily checks and maintenance logs.
  • Can effectively communicate any unusual operating conditions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhere to company policies and relevant safety regulations.
  • Are proactive in reporting incidents and deficiencies in a timely manner.
  • Are flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.

  • Possess mechanical aptitude.
  • Exhibit a friendly, positive, and mature demeanor.
  • Are prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Can work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Remain calm and patient under pressure.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintain professionalism while in uniform.
  • Support and assist colleagues across departments as required.
  • Participate actively in meetings and training sessions.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
  • Hold a valid vehicle operator's license.
  • Are able to transport team members using company vehicles as needed.

Additional Considerations:

  • Employees must be in good health and fit for duty.
  • This role requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy equipment.
  • Work may involve operating machinery and working around moving equipment.
  • Personal transportation to the worksite may be necessary.
  • Safety footwear is required, and uniform items will be provided.
  • Exposure to industrial chemicals may occur in this role.
