Position Overview:
The successful applicant will possess a robust background in office administration, particularly in IT management and human resources.

As the Branch Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, adherence to corporate policies, and fostering a supportive work atmosphere for all personnel.


Office Management & Maintenance:
Supervise the maintenance and organization of the branch office, guaranteeing a tidy, secure, and efficient workspace.
Handle office equipment and vendor partnerships to ensure economical and prompt services.
Coordinate with service providers for repairs and other facility-related requirements.

Collaborate with external IT specialists to resolve technical issues, manage software upgrades, and adopt new technologies.
Oversee data protection, backups, and compliance with IT protocols.

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for new hires.
Manage employee relations, performance assessments, and disciplinary measures in line with corporate policies.

Compliance & Risk Oversight:
~ Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and legal obligations.

Preferably, candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
~ A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or management within the financial services sector or a comparable field.
~ Proven experience in managing office facilities, IT systems, and HR responsibilities.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
