- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Handle phone calls and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems
- Conduct data entry tasks

- Assign personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Experienced with MS Outlook
- Knowledgeable in MS PowerPoint
