Strategic Account Director

Cision is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives, leaders, and stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze and resolve client business and service challenges.
  • Execute all phases of the sales process, including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and final close.
  • Monitor and track the efficient administrative processing of client account management, including crafting and negotiating agreements and service level agreements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales account management across multidiscipline industries.
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record of success with SaaS sales and/or cloud methodology.
  • Advanced analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
